The Charity Clause

If your personal development is only to benefit yourself, then I don't believe you are going to get the most out of it. Our personal development should be for the benefit of not only ourselves, but our friends, family, and community. That is why when you purchase a product or service from The Cultivated Self, 10% of the profit will be donated to a charity.

At a minimum, the world will become a better place because we connected.
Cultivation -- to foster the growth of, or to improve something by labor, care, or study.
When you think of cultivation of land, you think of the cultivation of crops over a field. The field is nothing but dirt at the beginning, but after many hours of cultivation it is now ready to grow crops. The farmer that cultivated the field took the natural, undisturbed resource that is earth, and turned it into something beautiful for all of mankind to benefit from.

This is what The Cultivated Self is all about. Taking natural, raw resources (like you) and cultivating it into something beautiful for the benefit of the world. It is fulfilling the untapped potential that is within you, just like the farmer in the above example did with the untilled field.
